Payment for the service or products provided to you at and/or through this Site may be made by automatic credit card or debit and you hereby authorise Institute of Advanced Intuition Pty Ltd to transact such payments on your behalf. You agree to complete the total amount of your subscription price for your chosen course or product and agree that there will be adequate funds available to process payment requests or subscription amounts until payment is made in full. Payment failure will mean that your access to your chosen course is suspended until such time as the payment schedule is up to date and all outstanding monies are paid. There will be no refunds given once your chosen course has commenced. Their may be a "7 day money Back guarantee" on selected memberships.

You may elect to become a Community Member of Institute of Advanced Intuition(“Community Member”) by purchasing a membership to Institute of Advanced Intuition Community. You hereby agree that Institute of Advanced Intuition may immediately authorise your credit card (or other approved facility) in the amount equal to the then current membership rate (“Community Membership Fee”) for each period of the Community membership (the “Community Membership Period”).

Institute of Advanced Intuition Membership Fees are non-refundable whether or not the cancellation is at your request during a Community Membership Period. By making such a purchase, you also authorise Institute of Advanced Intuition to charge the then prevailing Community Membership Fee amount to your credit card (or other approved facility) again during each subsequent Community Membership Period. If you decide to terminate your Community Membership you must do so by notifying Institute of Advanced Intuition at [email protected] or fill in the cancellation request form by logging into the member zone.

As a Community Member of Institute of Advanced Intuition you agree that your Community Membership is non-transferable and may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity, nor may you provide any other person or entity access to your subscription, either directly or indirectly. You must keep your password strictly confidential. You agree to be personally liable for all charges you incur during or through the use of the Site. Your liability for such charges shall continue after termination of your Community Membership for any reason as provided in Section 8 below.

Purchases placed with Institute of Advanced Intuition or via our website can only be placed by persons with capacity to contract. Our website, products and services are all directed to people who are at least 18 years old or older. If you are under 18, you may only use www.instituteofadvancedintuition.com or purchase items under the supervision or involvement of your parent/s or guardian/s.

Institute of Advanced Intuition uses the Stripe Payment Gateway for online credit card transactions. Stripe Payment Gateway processes online credit card transactions for thousands of international merchants, providing a safe and secure means of collecting payments via the Internet. All online credit card transactions performed on this site using the Stripe Payment Gateway are secured payments.

Payments are fully automated with an immediate response. Your complete credit card number cannot be viewed by Institute of Advanced Intuition or any outside party. All transactions are performed under 128 Bit SSL Certificate. All transaction data is encrypted for storage within Stripe Payment Gateway, further protecting your credit card data. Stripe Payment Gateway is an authorised third party processor.

Refund/Warranty –
Please select your items carefully. We do not provide refunds or exchanges once an order or booking is made, if you have changed your mind or made the wrong choice.
 Items that are damaged in transit may be replaced or a refund will be offered.

Cancellations –
Institute of Advanced Intuition may cancel an event or appointment time by providing written notice. We will refund any monies paid to us for the cancelled event or appointment within seven days of providing the cancellation notice.

Prices –
Institute of Advanced Intuition reserves the right to add, withdraw and vary advertised prices, including "sale" prices, without notice.
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars. Prices are correct at the time of purchase but are subject to change without notice.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from SecurePay containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your software/license/access code via email within 24 hours.
